chore: bump version to 2.8.0

- Added review_pending_changes tool for pre-commit validation
- Fixed bug where temp files were outside project root causing NO FILES FOUND error
- Enhanced README with Claude + Gemini collaboration branding
- Fixed various linting issues
- All tests passing (65 tests)
